Kree’s Den

Yes, voila, it’s got basic functionality at last. And I’ve retroactively added all the old gallery’s images. I might retroactively add some more pics later on when I actually have proper spare time.

There’s a particularly vexing aspect of stress. When you get so stressed about doing something that you spend all your time trying to get unstressed, so much so that you end up doing no work on the thing you got stressed over -__-

This is roughly what I’ve been doing over my assignments >.< That and not being able to do a single scrap of work when I try to focus on it. Anything else and I can work on for ages and ages, but heaven forbid I should do something that might be vaguely assessment related ¬_¬

As a testament to this I’ve managed to put together over half of my idea for a wordpress gallery thing in under half a day… damnit! Why can’t I manage to get this kind of effort into assignments?! >.<

I couldn’t resist drawing this :P I wanted to show off that Kree now has toe-thumbs XD So here’s my first try out at my developing image gallery.

PS: I know I should be doing work >.< but aaarrggh, it just doesn’t seem to want to come out when I try >.>

This is definately one of those “must tell” moments.

Here I was, idly doing stuff on my laptop. Being a cold night I was wearing my bath robe over the top of my regular clothes to keep warm. This is one of those robes that look like a fluffy blue monster. Add that to sitting on a plasticy chair on top of a plastic floor mat and you don’t need to be a genius to know what tends to build up…

Anyway, up I get to go to the bathroom, and as I reach for the keyboard to type “brb”, a static charge zaps into the keyboard, and voila! My monitor goes black. At this point all I can think is “crap…“. After some pointless flailing at the buttons for a bit and expecting the worse, I ended up powering down the laptop (since I can’t see what the computer’s doing O.o).

And to my relief the LCD monitor wasn’t busted when I powered up again. I was freaked out for a minute there though, one lousy robe coulda cost me a new monitor, or more likely a whole freaking new laptop. So in conclusion, don’t wear fluffy robes in front of your computer if your standing on something not grounded XD.

Bleh, I feel so bad about myself for doing hardly any work… and even though I know that I should be doing it, I just can’t find the motivation to do any of it! >.<

In other news, if anyone I know would like to be able to make their own posts for whatever on my blog here, then feel free to ask me about it. It’d be fun to have more than just me here. :P As long as it’s just general stuff about yourself and all that.
